1. Connect the air hose to the air inlet (8) on the grease gun.
2. The grease coupler (37) provided at the end of the extension (38) has a jaw-type construction.
The coupler jaws will snap on to a grease fitting and maintain a tight fit.
3. When connecting the grease coupler (37) to the grease fitting, press the grease coupler (37)
straight onto the grease fitting to form a snug fit.
4. Start operating the grease gun with the grease coupler (37) as aligned to the grease fitting as
possible.
5. This is a continuous discharge grease gun so there will be a continuous grease discharge while
the trigger (12) is pressed.
6. Once greasing is completed, slightly tilt the grease coupler (37), twist, and pull back.
7. The tilt and twist action will allow easy removal of the grease coupler (37) from the grease fitting.
After each use, disconnect from air supply and store in a safe, dry, childproof location.
Keep the gun clean and in good working order for the best and safest performance.
Disconnect from air supply before changing accessories, cleaning, or servicing.
Maintain the grease gun by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in
accordance with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general
condition of any tool be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep handles dry,
clean, and free from oil and grease. The grease gun and extension should be kept clean and checked
for damage before each use. Use an air supply system that incorporates a filter, regulator, and
lubricator, or add a few drops of lubricator oil (SAE 30 or greater) through the gun's air supply quick
connect fitting in the die cast handle. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.
