Switching Calls Made by an IP Phone to a Mobile Phone
Step 1 On the talking screen, press More to navigate to Switch and press Switch.
The dialing screen is displayed.
Step 2 Enter a number and press Call.
Step 3 Answer the call using the mobile phone.
The The mobile phone is in talking state. screen is displayed.

Retrieving Calls from a Mobile Phone to an IP Phone
Press Retrieve Call to retrieve the call from the mobile phone to the IP phone.
Switching Calls Answered by a Mobile Phone to an IP Phone
When there is an incoming call on the mobile phone, press More on the home screen to
navigate to Switch and press Switch to transfer the call to the IP phone.

6.5 Instant Conference (for eSpace UC2.0)

Creating an Instant Conference
You can perform the following operations to create an instant conference:
Step 1 Press Conf on the home screen.
The dialing screen is displayed.
Step 2 Enter the number of a contact, press Contact to select a contact in my contacts, or press
History to select a contact in call records.
Step 3 Press Add.
The Participant List screen is displayed.


Before using the instant conference function, ensure that your account has been assigned the instant
conference rights. For any questions, contact your system administrator.
Adding participants: Press More to navigate to Add and press Add. For details, see
Adding Participants.
