HOW TO USE ADJUSTER BOLT DEPTH STOP
The Adjuster Bolt Depth Stop is an option designed exclusively for the BMS-4020 / 4040-MQL-CHK Series only.
Tool depths can be adjusted or preset by adjusting the position of the Adjuster Bolt Stop.
・ Tool Stop Position: 39mm - 51mm from the face of the Collet Nut (Fig. 30).
・ Adjuster Bolt slot dimensions: Slot Width 1.5mm / Slot Depth 1.5mm (Fig. 31).
・ Use a flat blade screw drive with a width of 4.5mm and a length of 50mm to properly fit the Adjuster Bolt in the
face of the Tool Depth Stop (Fig. 32).
・ Rotate the Adjuster Bolt Clockwise or Counterclockwise to properly set the desired depth for the Tool Depth Stop
position.
