1.9 MONTHLY CHECKS

To ensure your equipment is functioning correctly we highly recommend that you perform a test
call every month. Please press your pendant to activate a call and allow the unit to connect to our
care team. When they answer just inform our operator that you are performing a test call. They
will confirm everything is working correctly and they will then close down the call.
To help you remember if you have performed the test you may wish to use the simple chart
