Setting the Time
The clock on the TRU4485 series answering system starts when power is supplied to the base.
Follow these steps to set the clock to the correct time.
1) Press menu.
The system announces the current time. The message counter displays the day of the week

Setting a Personal Security Code
To play your messages from a remote location, you will need to enter a two-digit Personal
Identification Number (PIN) code (
1) Press menu twice. The current PIN code is announced as it appears on the base.
