Rear Exit Paper Jamming

DESCRIPTION:

If the post of the 'Rear Paper Guide' is not properly inserted into the hole of the 'Rear Beam

Plate', it could result in rear exit paper jams.

1. How to detect a misaligned post:

Open rear exit tray 'F' on rear of MFP.

Page 3 Step 2: 1) Put your fingers on the backside of rear cover and move the left post of the ‘Rear Paper Guide’ to the proper position within the ‘Rear Plate Beam’ hole. (See page one of this document for proper positioning) 2) With your fingers still on the backside, tighten the left screw.
