Issue

No power.

the set temperature in cooling
mode.

Initiation of overheat protection.
Too far from appliance.
The remote control is not
pointing towards the receiving
head of the remote control.

failure.

Resolution
Connect the unit to a live power
socket and turn it on.
Drain the water stored in the
unit.
It is recommended that this unit
be operated at 5-32°C.
Increase the set temperature
above the room temperature.
Close doors and windows and
remove other heat sources.
Clean filters.
Remove the obstruction.
Draw curtains.
Place the appliance on a flat
surface.
Wait three minutes until the
temperature decreases and
then turn on the unit.
Bring the remote control closer
to the appliance and ensure
that the remote control is
pointing toward the receiving
head of the remote control.
Replace the batteries.
Arrange for a professional to
check the pipe temperature
sensor and related circuits.
Arrange for a professional to
check the room temperature
sensor and related circuits.
Appliance returns to operating
at chosen settings once the
internal pipe temperature
exceeds 8°C.
