    Note: Bed legs (L+R), are installed on bed sides. HARDWARE KIT BOLTS 1/4”-20 1-1/4’’ FH 16 Pcs. NUTS 1/4’’-20 16 Pcs. Note: Assembly of Hiddenbed requires 2 people. SCREW - #8 5/8” PH 6 Pcs. CAM LOCK PINS 66 Pcs. SCREW - #8 3/4” PH 32 Pcs.

    CASE ASSEMBLY Lay bed body sides on the floor. Attach CAM LOCK PINS in ø5mm holes, and fasten STOP & LOCK, using Philips PZ2 screwdriver. Stand body sides on back edge and attach mechanism arms, with 1/4’’-20 FH bolts. Use #3 Robertson on bolts and 7/16’’or 11mm wrench for nuts.
  • Page 5 CASE ASSEMBLY Stand body sides in upright position and fasten bottom stretcher (#3) with CAM LOCKS facing back of the body sides. Continue assembling by fastening bottom back (#4), top back (#5) and shelf (#6). Finish bed body assembling by adding body top (#8)

    BED ASSEMBLY Lay bed sides and bed rails on the floor and insert CAM LOCK PINS in every ø5 mm hole. Carefully insert bed panel in the grooves of one bed side (left or right) and fasten CAM LOCKS. Add one bed rail and fasten CAM LOCKS.

    BODY ASSEMBLY Add second bed rail and bed side, and fasten CAM LOCKS. Attach bed panel plate with #8 3/4 PH screws, and attach handle. Bed desk comes fully assembled. Lay it down in the front of bed body and insert power bar cord through hole on the top of the desk.

    5 mm bolts. Insert same bushings in the holes on the bed sides and carefully flip bed assembly over desk. NOTE: Assembling of HiddenBed requires 2 people! Tighten all 5 mm bolts using 4 mm Allen key. Push bed-desk assembly inside bed body and attach it to the mechanism with bushing and 12mm bolts.
  • Page 9 FINAL ASSEMBLY Flip bed upright, insert locks and secure them with #8 5/8” screws. Locks will keep bed in upright position.
  • Page 10 FINAL ASSEMBLY Set gas spring pin in first or second top notch of the mechanism, wrap belt or plastic strapping around mechanism arm and pull it down and hook it on the desk bearer.
  • Page 11 To close the bed, lift front bed rail to chest height and push into unit, lock bed securely using stop & lock. If Hiddenbed is installed on uneven floor or thick carpet, it may be necessary to secure it to wall for safe operation.
  • Page 12 WARNINGS -Side panels bear the majority of weight and should be on level surface. Hiddenbed can be placed on carpet, but do not place carpet or any shim beneath desk side or body side alone. -Use a mattress with a maximum height of 10 in.
