glossary.
Application
− The SmartEye Transmitter is part of the SmartEye System* for
wireless temperature monitoring applications.
− It is a stand-alone battery operated device that measures the
temperature of a wired temperature probe e.g. in a food mobile
case cabinet.
− It sends the temperature & digital input* information to a
SmartEye Receiver* within the building.
− It monitors the state of a digital input that can be used for
applications e.g. defrost inhibit to prevent over-temperature
alarms during defrost cycle.
− SmartEye Transmitters should not be confused with Hometronic
HB 30 weather sensor range.
The measured data* is transferred by radio to the SmartEye
Receiver*. This data is used by the rest of the SmartEye system* to
log temperature.
