    BT 7050Treadmill Safety Instructions Do not connect the power supply before the electric treadmill is fully assembled and the motor protective cover is closed. Insert the plug into a power outlet with 10A safety grounding. We recommend that you use an overcurrent protector to ensure the safety of the treadmill and the user.

    BT 7050Treadmill Grounding Instructions This product shall not be used until it is grounded. If there is any failure or damage occurring to the machine, the grounding cable can generate miniature resistance to block the current, which will reduce the possibility of electric shock.

  • Page 7 BT 7050Treadmill Assembly Steps: Step 1: Take the machine from the package. Straight the upright post(L/R) according to the direction of the arrow. Step 2: Use the screw (82) M8*20, the screw (85) M8*35 and the washer (100) Ø9*Ø16*t1.6 to tighten the upright post(L/R) to the base frame.
  • Page 8 BT 7050Treadmill Step 4: Use the large bolt (132) M5*20 to tighten the newspaper- shelf (131) to the monitor. (131/132 is optional) Step 5: Lock the front cover (L/R) on the upright post with the bolt (72) M4*8. According to the direction of the arrow, install the safety lock (27) and MP3 line (103).

    BT 7050Treadmill Start Guide Preparation: If you are more than 45 years old or have health problems, and this is your first fitness exercise, please consult a doctor or seek professional advice before using the treadmill. Before using the electric treadmill, please stand off the machine to become familiar with its operating methods, such as start, stop and speed adjustment.

    BT 7050Treadmill WARNING: Make sure to disconnect the power plug of the electric treadmill first before moving the motor protective cover. Open the motor protective cover at least once a year to vacuum and clean the motor. Maintenance Instructions Lubricant has been pre-applied between the running board and running belt of the electric treadmill. The friction between the running belt and the running board greatly influences the service life and performance of the electric treadmill, so it is necessary to apply lubricants regularly.
  • Page 26 BT 7050Treadmill • If the running belt deviates to the left, ,pull out the safety lock and turn off the power switch.Rotate the left adjusting bolt clockwise by 1/4 round, running the treadmill, observe the running belt deviation. Repeat the steps until the running belt in the middle.
