Problem
Mist is coming out from
base.
White dust appears
around the humidifier after
operation.
Power button lights up red.
Power button does not
work.
Power button flashes blue
briefly, then the unit turns
off.
Cause
Water tank is not positioned
correctly.
Water being used has a high
mineral content.
Tourmaline ceramic filter
can no longer filter water
properly.
Water level low.
No water in tank.
Water level sensor
malfunctioning.
Unit has malfunctioned.

Solution
Turn off/unplug the unit,
then align water tank
window with the power
button.
Use distilled water with the
humidifier.
Replace ceramic filter.
Add at least two cups of
clean water into the water
tank.
Unit may be defective.
