Place the device on the mounting plate with a slight anti-clockwise turn and then turn
it clockwise without using too much force until it engages.
After reassembly, the device returns automatically to normal operation mode. – Check
the functional readiness of the RWM by pressing the user key until you can hear the test
alarm signal.
!
The RWM may be dismantled for a maximum of 2 weeks. At the end of the main-
tenance work, recreate functional readiness of the RWM as soon as possible.
In case of longer-term disassembly, maintenance assignment is necessary and
may be subject to costs.
Surroundings monitor
!
If the surroundings monitor of the RWM responds, the cause must be rectified as
quickly as possible. Causes of faults are, for example, objects of all kinds close to
the RWM (e.g. lamps, uncovered lines, room dividers, very tall cabinets/shelves).
– The minimum distance to objects must be 60 cm – measured from the outer
edge of the RWM. In very constricted rooms, e.g. in hallways, a lower minimum
distance can have been set in the RWM during installation.
Additional causes of faults are over-painting, taping over and covering the RWM.
