Enerwatt EWC612-200A Assembly Instructions

It is important to fully assemble your charger before use. Follow these instructions for assembly.

3 M4x8 thread-cutting screws (4)

1. To prepare for assembly carefully lay the charger on its front.
2. Assemble the foot (item 4) using four M4X8 thread cutting screws (item 3) and tighten
securely.
3. Slide the axle (item 1) into the hole until centred on the charger.
4. Slide one wheel (item 2) onto the axle with the recessed hub facing out, as shown.
5. Insert the pin (item 6) through the axle hole.

Repeat this process for the other wheel.
7. When both wheels have been pinned to the axle, snap the axle caps (item 5) onto each
wheel to cover the pin and axle.
8. Lift the charger upright so that it rests on the wheels and foot.
9. Insert the handle into the hole, then align it so that the screw holes are aligned with the
screw holes on each side of the charger. Attach the handle, using the same screws and
tighten the screws.
