4.3.2 Plugging order and rules for an OmniBus configuration

There are various ways how Barco's expansion cards can be arranged in the PCI slots of an O
O
B
A18. The most important rules are listed below:

A12 the number of inserted cards must not exceed 12 expansion cards. The slots are num-

bered from 1 to 12 looking on the back of the device, please refer also to section

First the graphic cards are inserted in consecutive order in the PCI slots with the lowest numbers at the very
left (slot 1, 2, 3, ...)

If using distributed video, it is necessary that the display wall is build of rectangular arrays. That means the
