The j ointing attachment is used to remove
small nicks appearing on the edge of the
knife blades, or j ointing the knife blades
to the correct cutting circle. This attach
ment is used at the normal operating speed
The motor pulleys available for this ma
chine are made from fine grey iron cast
ings. They have three ( 3 ) grooves to re
ceive "A" section V-belts, a 1" diameter
hole for the motor shaft, and a set screw.
In addition, the motor pulleys are bal
anced.
All motor pulleys furnished for
this machine have a 1/4 " keyway to fit
recommended motors.
