Images from two separate originals are superimposed and copied onto one sheet of paper
STORING THE IMAGE FORM
Select SETTINGS/REGISTRATION
Select FUNCTION SETTINGS
Select COMMON
Select PRINT SETTINGS
Select REGISTER FORM
Select REGISTER
Select the ORIGINAL SIZE of document
Press NEXT
Select scanning options
Select Form Name (Enter Form name)
Place original on the glass.
Press START
COPY ID CARD
Copy both the front and back of an
ID card onto a single sheet of paper.
Select COPY ID CARD
Select the paper to use
Press OK
Place the ID Card face down on
glass, top left corner.
Press START to scan front
Turn the ID Card over in same
location
Press START to scan back
SKIP BLANK PAGES
The machine will detect, and remove
blank pages.
Load document into feeder
Press SKIP BLANK PAGES
Select the color of originals to skip
Select ADJUST RECOG. LEVEL,
set the accuracy to detect blank
paper, OK
Select OK
Press START
SUPERIMPOSE IMAGE
USING FORM COMPOSITION
Select SUPERIMPOSE IMAGE
Select SET to select a form
Press NEXT
Select SOLID or TRANSPARENT
Select COLOR or BLACK
DETECT FEEDER MULTI SHEET FD
When multiple sheets are fed,
scanning is stopped.
Select DETECT FEEDER MULTI
SHEET FD
Continue with copy settings
CREATE QUICK MENU BUTTON
Register a shortcut of settings to be
used as personal or shared buttons.
Create copy settings
Select the MENU
Press REGISTER TO HOME
Confirm settings, NEXT
Set display confirmation screen when
recalling to OFF, select NEXT
Enter a button name
Select Personal or Shared
OK
Press OK (three times)
FREE SIZE ORIGINAL
Scan free size originals
automatically and fit to the paper
select for copying.
Place originals in the feeder
Select FREE SIZE ORIGINAL, close
Select copy paper
Select START
EDIT HOME SCREEN
Move and delete home function
buttons
On the home screen, select MENU
Select EDIT BUTTONS
Select button you wish to edit
Select MOVE arrows to move the
button on the screen
*Select DELETE to delete button
*Select RENAME to change the
name
Select CLOSE
*only user created buttons can be
edited
