 To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base
without first putting bowl properly in place.
 Be certain cover is securely locked in place before operating
appliance.
 To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not operate any
heating appliance beneath the mounted unit.
 Do not mount the storage bracket/unit over or near any portion
of a heating or cooking appliance or a sink or basin.
 When mixing liquids, especially hot liquids, use a tall container
or make small quantities at a time to reduce spillage.
 Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending to
prevent the possibility of severe injury to persons or damage to
the unit. A scraper may be used but must be used only when
the unit is not running.
 Blades are sharp, handle carefully.
 This appliance complies with applicable technical rules
and standards at the time of manufacture.
 Do not leave the appliance within reach of children.
 The blades supplied with this appliance are sharp, young
children or severely disabled persons should always be
supervised when using this appliance.
 An electrical appliance is not a toy and should be kept

it for commercial purposes. Any servicing other than cleaning
and user maintenance should be performed by the nearest
authorized KRUPS Service Center.
