Evaporator fastening screw 2) Pull the accumulator slightly to the arrow direction. 3) Move evaporator forward as the figure and make working space to remove glass heater whith situates under the bottom of evaporator.
  • Page 9 Methods of exchanging main parts 5) Strip the aluminum tape fixing the defrost heater and cut both of lead wire. 6) Remove two (white and gray) defrost heater terminals among the lead wires mounted on left wall. 7) Detach the upper and lower part of heater cover from defrost heater by knife.

Evaporator 1) Remove evaporator after removing temperature fuse and bimetal. 2) Remove two welded points 3) Remove one evaporator fixing screws 4) Extract evaporator forward with minimizing the pipe deformation after grasping the both sides of evaporator and pulling accumulator slightly forward.
