! NOTE:
The heater on
your fireplace may emit a
slight, harmless odor when
first used. This odor is a
normal condition caused
by initial heating of internal
heater parts and will not
occur again.
CUTOFF SWITCH
! NOTE:
There is a safety
temperature cutoff switch
(cutout) inside the heater.
If the heater overheats,
the cutout will shut off the
supply power.
It can be reset by
unplugging the unit and
waiting 5 minutes before
plugging the unit back on.
CAUTION:
If you need
to continuously reset the
heater, unplug the unit and
call technical service at

The fireplace can be operated with the multi–function IR remote
control or from the touchscreen controls located on the top-right
corner of the fireplace.
Press any button on the remote control or touch any icon on the
touchscreen to light up and activate the controls. If no button or icon
is pressed within 10 seconds, the fireplace controls will deactivate.
The remote control has an operating range of up to 6m / 19ft.

Power ON/OFF
The ON/OFF button turns the fireplace ON and OFF. When the
fireplace is OFF, pressing the ON/OFF button on the remote control
or touching the icon on the front glass will turn on the fireplace.
The fireplace has a built-in memory function. When the fireplace is
turned back on, it starts at the last used settings (except timer). If the
fireplace is disconnected from the main power source, it reverts to
the default settings.
Flame Control
The Flame Control button alters the brightness of the flames and the
emberbed, turns the flames OFF or turns the flames and the ember
bed lights OFF. Press on the Flame Control button repeatedly to
cycle through the available 5 settings: L4-High, L3-Medium, L2-Low,
