my company have one of these and when cardboard gets stuck ,the machine automatically goes into reverse, which i understand is to remove the cardboard because the machine is saying it cant process it BUT the problem we are having is that after all this has happened we cannot figure out how to get the machine to stop the blades reversing and get them to back to the original direction, all we can do is turn it on and off over and over again for like 10 - 20 times and then it eventually does it. Is there a way to reset the rotation faster than this ?
To reset the HSM Profipack 400 and stop the blades from reversing after a cardboard jam, tap rocker switch position 2. The rocker switch resets to the zero position, and the cutting unit stops.
