Troubleshooting

Please check the following items before contacting the retailer for repair.
Problem
The stick cleaner
does not start
The suction power
weakens naturally

● The battery may be discharged. → Charge the battery.
● The charging adapter may be connected to the main unit.
● The protection device may be operating to avoid motor and battery overheating.
→ ① Press "OFF" .
② Wait for 5 to 30 minutes (for the motor and battery to cool down
and release the protection device).
③ Investigate the reason (P. 7) why the protection device turned on.
◦ Continued operation with the dust box full.
→Empty and clean the dust box.
◦ Rubbish is blocking the extension wand and/or nozzle.
→Remove the rubbish.
● The dust box may be full.
● The filter may be clogged. → Clean the filter.
● Press "OFF" and try to start again.
● Filters may be clogged. → Clean the filters.
● The dust box may not be correctly set.
● The protection device may be operating. (P. 7)
● Rubbish may be blocking the extension wand and/or nozzle.
● The charging adapter may not be fully inserted into the outlet.
● The charging adapter plug may not be securely inserted into the
main unit connector.
● The charging time may vary depending on the service conditions such
as ambient temperature and length of use, and may take up to 6 hrs.
● If the battery status indicator lamp does not turn off even after 6 hrs.,
consult your retailer for possible equipment failure.
● The charging adapter plug may not be securely inserted into the
main unit connector. → Unplug from the main unit and plug in again.
● Foreign matter may be stuck to the main unit connector or
charging adapter plug. → Remove the foreign matter.
● You may be charging in a place with high or low ambient temperature.
→Charge in a place where room temperature is between 5 ºC and 35 ºC.
● The charging adapter used may not be that for this product.
● The battery connector may not be securely inserted.
● Charging may take longer when started immediately after use
because it starts only after the battery cools down to a
temperature appropriate for charging.
→ Charge until the battery status indicator lamp (blue) turns off.
● You may be charging in a place with high or low ambient temperature.
→ Charge in a place where room temperature is between 5 ºC and 35 ºC.
● You may have left the stick cleaner in a place where room temperature
is 10 ºC or less without charging after use. → Charge the battery.
● If the operating time has become remarkably short even after charging
correctly, the battery may be reaching its service life.
(The service life of a battery varies depending on the service
conditions such as ambient temperature and length of use.)
→Replace the battery.
● You may have sucked up and left rubbish with strong smell as-is.
→If the smell persists even after repeated use, throw away the rubbish.
→ Clean the filters.
