Changing Cams—Actuator Styles A, B,
C, and D
During the following procedures, refer to figure 3 for
part locations and refer to figure 28 for key number
locations unless otherwise indicated.
1. Mark the positions of the travel indicator and
actuator cover. Then, remove the actuator travel
indicator machine screws, travel indicator, and
actuator cover cap screws.
2. Remove the positioner plate from the actuator
housing.

3. For actuator styles A and D, proceed to the note
before step 7. For actuator styles B and C, continue
with step 4.
4. Disconnect the actuator turnbuckle from the lever
arm.
Do not change the position of the rod
end bearing on the end of the
turnbuckle.
5. Loosen the lever clamping bolt in the lever.
