NOTE
The diamond core drill bit can become blunt or
damaged due to overheating.
The feed may only be as high as the diamond
core drill bit can wear away the material. You must
therefore not exert too large a force on the dia-
mond core drill bit and avoid canting.
A suitable dust extractor must be connected to the
dry diamond drill.
Mark the hole centre.
5
Switch off the machine's soft impact feature.
NOTE
Switching the soft impact feature on or off while
the machine is running can cause damage to the
machine.
Wait for the machine to completely stop.
Switch the vacuum cleaner to continuous
operation.
Always hold on tight to both handles of the dry
diamond drill with both hands.
Position the centring pin (2) on the marked
15
hole centre (1) with light pressure. The diamond
core drill bit must not touch the stone!
NOTE
The ON / OFF switch must not be locked for hand-
held drilling.
16
Switch on the dry diamond drill by pressing
the ON / OFF switch (1).
