The magnetic antenna must be installed horizontally and clear of all obstacles at 180 degrees towards the sky,
on the tower of the vehicle (metal surface).
The GPS and Iridium antennas can be side by side. It is forbidden to paint or to integrate them into the body of
the vehicle.
Connect the GPS cable to the GPS antenna and bring the GPS connector (SMA) to the bracket. Then, bring the
Iridium connector (SMA) to the bracket.

ANTENNAS AND CABLE
CAUTION: It is very important to put a shrinkable tube on each antenna / cable to couple
them.
Before heating the shrinkable tube, make sure the connectors are properly locked.

- Page 2 POWER CABLE The New Iritrack power cable shall be connected from the New Iritrack to the fuse box. If the configuration of your vehicle doesn’t enable it you can connect your power cable to a power extension (to connect to the fuse box) as shown below : Prepare your Power cable.
- Page 3 You must have a visibility on the New Iritrack’s screen (or the remote’s screen). The top side of the New Iritrack needs to have a clear view on the sky to enable the transmission through the internal antennas of the device.
- Page 4 • Embedded microphone. POWER CABLE Remote must be connected to the New Iritrack via its 1m cable. New Iritrack supplies the Remote. To turn on the Remote, please turn on the Iritrack (ON button). INSTALLATION Please find below the remote and its dimensions in millimeters (143 mm*74*45).
