The noise source diode inside the noise source cartridge changed at serial prefix MY/SG/US5323 for models 346A and N4000A including options 001, 002, and 004. Noise sources with serial prefixes manufactured before MY/SG/US5323 will now have a noise cartridge replacement kit that will include both a new noise cartridge and new attenuator. -
