Interactive Whiteboard Remote License
The Interactive Whiteboard Remote Function software is
pre-installed in the product, but an activation key code is
required to use it.
The activation key is different for each machine.
Ricoh will provide a license for Interactive Whiteboard
Remote as an option.
In the package, there will be a license certificate, activation
key code, key code label to put on the machine, and setup
instructions in 12 languages (English, French, German,
Spanish, Italian, Russian, Swedish, Polish, Dutch,
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Japanese)
Remote License of IWB-D1 cannot activate the next
generation model (IWB-D2).
A unique Remote License is required for each machine
when remotely connecting multiple IWBs. Machines
activated with the same key code cannot be connected.
The customer will need to keep the activation key code
sheet, to re-activate after a system reboot, etc.
