Troubleshooting
This chapter provides solutions to problems that can happen when installing and using
Captivator PCI. For more information refer to the file \cappci\win95\disk1\readme.doc of the
CD-ROM.
Problem: After installing Captivator PCI, my computer does not start.
Solution: The card is not seated properly. Check that the card's connectors are fitted properly
into the PCI slot. You may need to move the card into another slot.
Problem: After installing Captivator PCI, my computer does not detect the new hardware.
Solution: Your computer has not recognised the introduction of the card into the PCI slot.
Move the card to another PCI slot.
