    Fuse values should be selected according to the RMS current rating of the motor. For most applications slow-blow type fuses should be used. When the motor is part of an Aerotech system using an Aerotech controller and drive, the “A ” continuous current rating of the motor must be used to set the motor over-current protection fault.

    Motors should be wiped with a clean dry cloth to remove any grease, dirt, or other material that has accumulated on the motor.
