XL. To attach the iQ-Align XL to the CAL3-XL / LE7 you now only need to slightly lift the front feet up, slide the locking rings of the iQ-Align XL under them and carefully lower the feet into them. -

HARDWARE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 3.1 Camera positioning Mount the DUT on the mounting bracket of the iQ-Align XL. You can use the attached ¼” screw or any other screw up to a diameter of 6.5 mm. To position the DUT, loosen the locking wheel and manually guide the DUT to the desired position.
