Compiler Presetting

In the Compiler Presetting the standard values can be configured which will be stored during creation
of a new project. Presetting can be reached under Compiler in the Options menu.
A description of the options can be found under Project Options. The selection boxes "Configure
Threads" and "Configure Library" are identical to the descriptions in chapter Projects.
