    Condensed instructions 1 Disengaging the fold-down control panel Disengage the control panel to insert or remove the KeyCard and CD. To disengage the control panel, press knob 1: the control panel folds down. The control panel cannot be removed, nor should it be used a shelf. To re-engage the control panel, push it back into its original position (Arrow 3).

Up to 30 MiniDiscs can be managed in MiniDisc mode and 99 CDs in CD changer mode with a maximum of 40 tracks each. TPM is ac- tive only in the mode in which the track pro- gramme was stored (MiniDisc or CD chang- er mode).

    Programming with DSC The car radio offers the facility to adjust cer- tain settings and functions to your require- ments and to store these changes with the aid of DSC (Direct Software Control). The default settings are selected at the fac- tory.
