Mount the disk image cxgb-x.y.z.dmg
host:root# hdiutil mount cxgb-x.y.z.dmg
The disk image will be mounted to /Volumes directory.
ii. Install the driver:
host:root# installer -pkg /Volumes/cxgb-x.y.z/cxgb.pkg -target /
