    SAFETY INFORMATION Please read and understand this entire manual before attempting to assemble, operate or install the product. Handle the tempered glass with caution! Improperly handling the glass can cause it to break suddenly in small pieces (never in pointed fragments). Dot NOT put glass panels on hard surfaces, always work on clean and soft surface (e.g.

    SHOWER REVERSIBILITY • This instruction is drawn up for an opening from right to left (see illustration A). • For an installation from left to right (see illustration B), use the same instructions, but switch around the panels: mirror effect. Install the shower head on the door’s side! This will reduce the risk of leaking.

  • Page 9: Fixed Panel Installation

    FIXED PANEL INSTALLATION 1-2. Insert the fixed panel’s bottom seal strip (K) at the base of the fixed panel (C). Cut the surplus part with a cutter to size, about 1 9/16” (40mm) from the panel’s edge. 3. Place the glass panel clamp (I) and the sliding door guide (Q) on the base. Mark the positions of holes of the glass panel clamp (I) and sliding door guide (Q).

    SUPPORT BAR INSTALLATION 1. Slide the 2 stoppers (E) and the 2 support bar’s anchors (D) onto the support bar (F). 2. Loosely mount the support bar (F) onto fixed panel (C) using the brackets (G) and level it. 3. Mark the outline of the 2 support bar’s anchors (D) on the wall. 4-5.
  • Page 11 SUPPORT BAR INSTALLATION 1-3. Drill a hole on the center marks with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit and insert the wall anchors (AA) using a rubber mallet. Fix the center fitting on the support bar’s anchor (D) using the screws (CC). 4.

    DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION 1. Install the 2 top door rollers (H) on the door panel (J). Adjust the level of the glass panel using the eccentric mechanism of the rollers. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten the blots. 2. Insert the door bottom seal strip (O) onto the door panel (J). 3-4.
  • Page 13 DOOR PANEL INSTALLATION 1-2. Install the 2 glass panel’s vertical seal strips (L).Cut the surplus part with a cutter. 3. Install the door’s vertical seal strip (N) on the closing end. 4. Using silicone, install the decorative track (S) in front of the door panel. Slide the decorative caps (R) onto the track.

    CABINET INSTALLATION 1. Level the track (B) and mark the track holes’ positions. 2. Remove the track and drill pilot holes in the marked locations with a ø5/16” (8mm) drill bit. 3. Insert the wall anchors (AA) using a rubber mallet until the wall anchors are flush with the wall. 4.

    HANDLE INSTALLATION & SEALING 1. Install the door handle (M) on both sides using Allen keys. 2. Ensure that the door closes tightly and opens smoothly, and that there is a tight connection between the side glass panels and the frame as well as the support bar. Apply a clear silicone water sealant around the outside perimeter of any fixed shower components (horizontally between bottom of fixed side glass panel and base, as well as vertically between the wall, glass frames, and any side glass panel).

    CARE AND MAINTENANCE For the daily maintenance, use a wet cloth and a soft liquid cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners containing some acetone, chlorine or strong bleach, scrapers, metallic brushes, nor other objects or the products which can graze or tarnish surfaces. Use a ratchet to strongly tighten any bolts used to support the fixed glass panels or doors panel (support bolts can withstand up to 250 lbf*in of torque).
