Create an ACD Group and assign all the 7405D channels as members
of the ACD Group (called EUCD in some software releases). ACD
programming varies between software releases. Please refer to the
Avaya Administration Manual or your Avaya Service Technician for
information on how to program it. When configuring the ACD
group, make sure the "Auto Available" feature is set to 'Yes", as this
parameter, when enabled, will automatically login the ACD agents
(Octel ports), without the need to manually log them in using the
ACD Login Access Code. Assign a name to this group, making sure it
does not contain any numeric characters. Octel recommends
assigning the name "VOICEMAIL". If using dedicated ports for
message waiting operation, do not include extensions assigned to
those ports into the Hunt Group.
