BIN mode
The decimal value is assigned to input

Hexadecimal value: 0111
Decimal value QV>: + 7
Example 2:

BCD binary value: 00010001
Hexadecimal value: 00011001
Decimal value QV>: +17 (1 + 16)
Hexadecimal value:
Bit 0 has the value 1.
Bit 4 has the value 16
Total: Bit 0 plus bit 4 = 17
Example 3:
Input value >I1: 19
BCD binary value: 00011001
Hexadecimal value: 00011001
Decimal value QV>: 25 (1 + 8 + 16)
