Disc Operations

Zooming in

Press ZOOM on the remote control to change
the following zooming scale:
For DVD/VCD: X1 pX2 pOFF
For picture disc: X1 pX2 pX3pOFF

To pan through the enlarged image, press 1/2/
5/4 buttons to move the zoomed picture left,
right, up or down.

To exit ZOOM mode, press ZOOM to select
"OFF".

Special VCD/SVCD features

Playback control (PBC)

PBC playback allows you to play Video CD
interactively, following the menu on the display.
●
To deactivate PBC, press PBC in the stop
mode.
Playing a disc with PBC function
● If PBC OFF, press PLAY•PAUSE 2; (or PLAY
2 on the remote) to start playback.
●
If PBC ON, the PBC menu (if available) will
appear on the TV screen for selection.
●
Use the numeric keys (0-9) to enter your
choice.
Note:
– This function is only available for VCD.

Viewing from another angle

Press ANGLE to view the same scene from
different angles if the DVD is recorded with
multiangles.
