• Port—lets you activate the MODIS™ port to which your printer is connected.

There are several aftermarket IR print adapters available that extend your MODIS™ unit printing.
One such compatible third-party adapter is the ACTiSYS model ACT-IR 100M. Contact ACTiSYS
Corporation for product details and purchase.
See "Setting Up to Print" on page 16 for more details.

To adjust printing settings:
1. From the main menu, select Utilities > Tool Setup > Printer.
The Printer dialog box displays.
2. Select from the drop-down lists as necessary (Figure 5-20).
The drop-down lists close when Y/a is pressed.
3. Press N/X to close the Printer dialog box.
Refer to the user's manual of the module for printing procedures.
Date
Selecting Date lets you set the date that displays in the Status bar.

To set the date:
1. From the main menu, select Utilities > Tool Setup > Date.
The Date dialog box displays (Figure 5-21).
2. Select from the drop-down lists as necessary.
The drop-down list closes automatically when Y/a is pressed.
3. Press N/X to close the Date dialog box.
