    The Blonder Tongue Labs’ Clearview 4:2™ is a professional grade low-cost-per-stream video Transcoder. Clearview 4:2 can Transcode up to twenty-four (24) HD or SD programs from H.264 to MPEG-2 in a 1RU form factor. The Clearview 4:2 accepts Unicast H.264 IP transport streams and re-encodes the video content to MPEG-2 transport streams for IP Unicast delivery.

    3.2 Installation and Power-Up The Clearview 4:2 is designed to be installed in a standard 19-inch (483 mm) rack (EIA 310-D, IEC 60297, and DIN 41494 SC48D). To install, secure the unit's front panel to the rack by inserting four (4) machine screws, with cup washers, through the four (4) mounting holes in the front panel.
