DS-3E0108P-E Hikvision unmanaged PoE switch, DS-3E0108P-E, provides 8 * 100 Mbps RJ45 ports, and ports 1 – 4 can provide power to IEEE 802.3af/IEEE 802.3at standard powered devices, such as access point, IP camera, IP phone and so on. The power output totals 58 W. -

Step 1: Create two horizontally aligned holes about 6 mm in diameter with percussion drill. The distance between the two holes should be 150 mm for DS-3E0108P-E and 113.5mm for DS-3E0109P-E/M. Step 2: Knock the expansion bolts into the holes with the rubber hammer until the expansion bolts are flush with the wall. -

Select the proper method to ground your switch according to the installation environment. Note DS-3E0108P-E has no grounding terminal. So if your switch is DS-3E0108P-E, skip this part. Make sure that the switch adopts 3-core cable with the PE wire, and the PE wire of the AC power supply has been well grounded in the power distribution room or at the side of the AC power supply transformer.

Connect the RJ45 ports of the switch to the RJ45 ports of peer devices. The ports marked with “Uplink” and “G1” are the uplink ports, and the other ports are downlink ports. All ports of DS-3E0108P-E are ordinary RJ45 ports, not being divided into uplink and downlink ports. -
