Take- up lever

● By turning the handwheel make screw 1 accessible and loosen it slightly.
● Bring needle bar to BDC.
● Adjust take-up lever 2 according to requirement 1.
● Tighten screw 1 in compliance with requirement 2.

Requirement
1. When the needle bar is at BDC (pin in hole 3) there must be a clearance of about
0.3 mm between the take-up lever 2 and the needle bar frame 3.
2. The take-up lever 2 must be able to move freely in the center of the needle head slot,
and must not have any contact either at TDC or BDC.
