Due to the structure of Sprint network management and activation mechanism, the hub of Alleswolke smart LTE dashboard system require extra steps to reset to factory settings. Sprint network requires one-to-one correspondence between device’s IMEI (or MEID) and SIM card’s ICCID, the correspondence is bound in Sprint device activation and management system (so called Open Mobile Alliance Device Management or OMA-DM system).
