43 Network configuration
The Automatically install firmware updates op-
tion allows the adapter to automatically install the
firmware it has found.
The dLAN 1200+ WiFi ac automatically updates
its firmware. The option is enabled by default.
Download updated firmware

If you have downloaded an updated firm-
ware file for the dLAN 1200+ WiFi ac to your
computer, navigate to the System
ware
... and select the downloaded file.

Confirm the update procedure with Update
firmware. After a successful update, the
dLAN 1200+ WiFi ac restarts automatically.
Ensure that the update procedure is not
interrupted.

4.7.5 Config Sync

Config Sync allows settings to be configured uni-
formly for all devolo dLAN devices in the network.
This includes the following settings e.g.:

WiFi network
b
Guest network
b
Mesh WiFi
b
Time control and time server settings.
 In order to switch Config Sync on, activate the
Firm-
Enable option.
Please note that the WiFi is always switched on
or off for the entire network. Therefore, stop
Config Sync first on a device that you want to
configure or switch separately.
