Erklärung bezieht, den einschlägigen Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsanforderungen der EG-Richtlinien 2006/42/
EG (Maschinenrichtlinie), 2004/108/EG (EMV-Richtlinie) und 2000/14/EG (Geräuschrichtlinie) einschließlich Ände-
rungen entspricht. Zur sachgerechten Umsetzung der in den EG-Richt-linien genannten Sicherheits- und Gesund-
heitsanforderungen wurden folgende Normen und/oder technische Spezifikation(en) herangezogen:

relates correspond to the relevant basic safety and health requirements of Directives 98/37/EC (Machinery Direc-
tive – old, valid until 28.12.2009) and 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive – new, valid from 29.12.2009), 89/336/EEC
(EMV-Guideline), 2006/95/EC (Low Voltage Guideline) and 2000/14/EC (noise directive) incl. modifications. For the
relevant implementation of the safety and health requirements mentioned in the Directives, the following standards
