Error Overview

Error Messaging

The internal error messaging between the different modules and tasks contain the following
information:
• Error code
• Sub-error code
• Affected source element
• Affected target element
• Affected library in stacked mode (Master/Slave)
• Additional information depending on context and error code

Error Structure

The error messaging is a fixed 4-byte structure with the following content:
• Error type
• Error code
• Sub-error code
• Internal code (active command code)

Error Reporting

In case of an error or a warning, a popup message appears on the OCP or the RMI.
