  • Page 6 Step 1 Open clip lock bar, put MATTRESS (B) aside and remove hardware pack. Then lock frame again with clip lock bar.

  • Page 8 Step 3 With the folded bed on its side, place flat side of LEG CROSS BAR (D) X2 across the center legs aligning holes of cross bar with underside legs, as illustrated. Insert CASTERS (C) X4 up through cross bar and the leg.
  • Page 9 Step 4 Release click lock bar, carefully unfold one side of the bed until the bed retention bar hole aligns with the corresponding extended outer leg hole. Secure with BOLT 1 and CAP NUT 2. Repeat for the opposite side. Please note that bed must be partially unfolded for the holes to align.
