Setting procedure
1. Stop the system.
2. In iRMC Web-UI, select Memory Operation to change to Address Range
Mirror Mode in [Settings] -> [Server Management] -> [Memory Operation Mode]
window.
3. Start the system.
4. Execute following command on the OS.
# efibootmgr -m t -M <Percentage of mirror size>

63.
5. Reboot the system.
# systemctl reboot
6. Confirm following message is output in /var/log/message.
efi: Memory: XXXM/YYYM mirrored memory
The number is displayed in XXX and YYY.
7. Modify /etc/default/grub as follows;
Add "kernelcore=mirror numa_zonelist_order=zone" in the line of
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX
8. Execute following command.
- For Red Hat Enterprise Linux
# grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/EFI/redhat/grub.cfg
- For SUSE Linux Enterprise Server
# grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
9. Reboot the system.
# systemctl reboot
Note
If you use Address Range Mirror mode, you must boot OS with UEFI. If you
boot OS with Legacy, OS does not aware Address Range Mirror mode.
There is no setting about Memory Mirror RAS for Address Range Mirror
mode.
