The machine won´t run

but the motor appears
to be struggling when
power is applied.
Machine looses power
and / or speed varies.
the housing with a plastic
sleeve. If the sleeve fails
short circuit will occur.

The motor is defect.

The excenter is slipping
on the motor shaft.
The excenter bearing
worn out.

The connecting pin
loose and making contact
with the housing.
The spring stop screw
is too far in and touching

the piston .

The stay up spring
broken.

The piston is clogged.
The adjustment screw
is to far up and makes

contact with the cap
Friction between housing
 
and piston .
Use the disassemble and assemble
instructions as reference.
Tighten the allen screw in the

. Use the assemble
excenter
instructions no. 1.

Replace the Excenter assembly
is

. Use the disassemble
instructions no. 1 & 5-6 & 8 and
assemble instructions no. 1 & 5-9.
is Refit the connecting pin

Circlip . Use the assemble
instructions no. 5–6.

Adjust the spring stop screw
the bottom and loosen until it
clears the piston
is Replace. Use the disassemble
instructions no. 1-6 and assemble
instructions no. 3 & 5-9.
Lubricate or remove the piston
and clean / lubricate. Use the
disassemble instructions no. 1-6
and assemble instructions no. 3 &
5-9.

Turn cap clockwise.

Lubricate according to
maintenance instructions.

