OVERVIEW
This screen displays a view of the economizer capacity
control setpoints and buttons. It provides all necessary
inputs for manual control of the economizer.
DISPLAY ONLY
Economizing Mode LED
LED lights up when the economizer or the Anti Surge
is operating.
Economizer Saturated Temperature
Displays the saturation temperature within the econo-
mizer.
Anti Surge Minimum Temperature
Displays the minimum temperature that the econo-
mizer can go to before the economizer compressor will
start to surge. Efficiency of the economizer will be the
highest at this point.
Delta T
Displays the temperature that is the result of subtract-
ing the Economizer Saturation Temperature minus the
Economizer Saturation Temperature Setpoint.
JOHNSON CONTROLS
SECTION 2 - OPTIVIEW CONTROL CENTER INTRODUCTION
Motor Current % FLA
Displays the percent of full load amps of the econo-
mizer compressor motor.
Override Threshold
If Motor Current % full load amps is higher than the
Override Threshold, the capacity control will be over-
ridden, it means the economizer prerotation vanes can't
be opened more to increase the capacity.
Boost Mode LED
This LED is on whenever the Economizer Operation
Mode is Boost or Boost Anti Surge.
Entering Chilled Liquid Temperature
Displays the entering chilled liquid temperature at the
evaporator and the condenser.
Leaving Chilled Liquid Temperature
Displays the leaving chilled liquid temperature at the
evaporator and the condenser.
Delta T
Displays the temperature that is the result of the Leav-
ing Chilled Liquid Temperature minus the Leaving
Chilled Liquid Temperature Active Setpoint.
