 Upgrading the SimScope with new sounds
A device can be upgraded with new or custom sounds obtained from
Cardionics. Upgrading sounds is performed by connecting the
SimScope USB to a computer running the SimScope PC software. Note:
wireless devices also require USB connection to the PC for sound/ECG
upgrades. Follow these easy steps:
1. Open the PC application.
2. Connect the device to the computer using the USB cable.
3. After the PC application recognizes the device, the Update
Scenario icon

and volume settings in the Selected Sound
/ Scenario pane. Scenarios can only be
created while USB connected.

displaying information of one or more
devices connected to the same access
point or Wi-Fi network. Includes friendly
name of the device, playing status, IP
address, and current battery voltage.
Bottom left displays the status of the PC
App. Provides information on the device
and PC application during saves, reads,
connections and exits.
