Criteria
A clearance (S) of 0.05 mm or more be-
tween the piston and the cylinder block
assebly
Occurrence of scratches, scoring, ab-
normal wear, etc. on sliding parts
A play S of 0.2 mm or more at the pis-
ton and shoe
A wear amount of 0.025 mm or more at
the shaft and oil seal mount
Abnormal scratches (0.02 mm or
more), wear, or scorching on the sliding
surfaces
Abnormal wear or harmful scratches on
the sliding surfaces
At the time of reassembly after disas-
sembly
Abnormal scratches, wear or flaking of
the tooth surfaces
Abnormal scratches, wear or flaking on
the rolling surfaces
